HB 1672 strikes current statutory language pertaining to the maintenance and disclosure of reports of child abuse or neglect that required the Dept. of Social and Health Services to destroy screened-out reports within 3 years from the receipt of the report, and unfounded, or inconclusive reports within 6 years of the completion of the investigation.
