HB 2378 would amend the caseload forecast council’s charter to include forecasting the number of non-Medicaid individuals expected to enroll in qualified health and dental plans offered by the state’s health benefit exchange as well as forecasting early achiever quality award and tiered reimbursement for working connections child care, seasonal child care, and homeless child care programs. Both forecasts shall be prepared to facilitate the development of budget proposals by the governor for the 2017 legislative session.

HB 2378 is a companion to SB 6279.
