Sponsored by Sen. Sawyer, HB 1594 states that it is preferable for law enforcement or the department to conduct interviews related to investigations of alleged abuse or neglect  at children’s advocacy center when access to such centers is reasonably available.

HB 1594 as amended:  The language is now ‘generally preferable’ that forensic interviews take place at Children's Advocacy Centers.
